Last night I had the greatest breakthrough! In the midst of an disagreement, I suddenly realized deep in my gut that I didn't need anyone's approval, only my own. I know that may sound trite, but it isn't at the level that I finally 'got it'. It is so darn freeing, not to be a slave to anyone's thoughts about what is right or appropriate. It has always been easy for me with people that I am not really intimate with, but with people I am close to, I always wanted their approval.
It is overcast and cold today, typical November weather in October. There is more than a hint of winter in the air. I have a roast in the oven. Cold weather food seems to be the order of the day.

Sunday Morning
The clock in the bedroom was off by an hour, so I got up an hour later than I wanted to this morning. I do feel good from all the rest.
It's off to Mystickal Voyage in a few moments. I have three clients today and am taking a workshop on working with the shadow side of self. I am looking forward to it and seeing how it will fit into the next two workshops that I am co-sponsoring. Gwen always does a good job.
Finished up the Releasing for Abundance yesterday. Now we can move on to the next lessons, although I do want to work the workbook when I have time.

Friday, Friday
Going to the gym again for the first time in a long time.
My clients all seem to be doing well at this point in time. I am looking forward to a slower week next week. Working Sunday, Monday and Tuesday and then off for the rest of the week...yeah! We will celebrate Hollows Eve with the crew at Mystickal Voyage on the 31st, but I think we will skip The Rocky Horror Show part of the celebration. One time per year is about all I can do.
Wednesday of the following week we have the Shamanic Healing Circle at Mystickal Voyage. So much loving energy in one place...I love it!

Busy morning
I have been customizing this blog and I like it a lot better with my own image in the header. Began crocheting again. It has been a long time, but like bicycle riding, you never forget how. I am enjoying the mindlessness of it. Looking forward next week to Denise arriving and my massage. YEAH!!!
Gwen and I are working together on some awesome upcoming workshops in January and February at Mystickal Voyage. The first is "Shadow Mask of Self" and the second is "Creating a Healing Shroud of Power". I believe they will be dynamic and draw a large group of people. It will be a blast working closely with Gwen on a project.

Quiet evening
I am spending a quiet evening at home with my husband, 2 Corgis, 3 cats, a fish and a snake. It turned cold last night and we are running the pellet stove to stay warm. Giving it a test drive, which seems to be working just fine. Tomorrow Bill comes to install the last of the ceiling fans that will help to circulate the heat from the pellet stove.
Tomorrow is another busy day at Mystickal Voyage, that's why when it was slow today I took advantage of it and came home to take care of my sinuses. I'm still waiting on my resupply of product from the amazon to keep the winter sniffies away!
I have the draft of my newsletter done and am getting input from the hubby before sending it out. I am pretty excited about doing a newsletter again. Also got the spare room ready for my company from NC that will arrive next week. I am so looking forward to it.

What a Way to start a day
Wow! Got a telephone call from a client this morning who had the negative energy extraction and soul retrieval done. She called to tell me how awesome she was feeling, how much energy she has now and how even her sinuses have cleared up since we worked together. There is no better way to start a day then to have someone experience and share such healing.
I notice that there are always at least two of me in any session I do; the one who believes that what I am doing absolutely works every time and the one who looks at each successful outcome as a miracle. I hope I never lose the wonder of this work and take it for granted.
My students are due to arrive in about an hour. I am so looking forward to seeing them again. They are such a good group of people and are beginning to 'get' the shamanic work. It is delightful to see the ahahas that happen each class.
