7 weeks post surgery

I am finally about enough to feel like writing. I am 7 weeks into a 12 week recovery process from my knee surgery and can drive again. Yeah! I had serious cabin fever...lol

I will be doing intuitive readings Saturday from 1 pm to 5 pm at Mystickal Voyage. It will be good to get back into the stream of things. I've missed my clients and friends and the work itself.

Taking a break before having the second knee done in January. Just couldn't face another 8 to 12 weeks housebound all in a row.

15 days to go

I am down to fifteen days until my total knee replacement surgery. I will be glad when it is over and I can back to my life again. At least until I have the right one done in January...lol

I am going to Mystickal Voyage tomorrow to hang out a bit. I've missed the people there and will be glad to see some of them.

I am on my way to Mystickal Voyage for an afternoon and evening to doing intuitive work, energy work and chatting with friends. The joy that I get from helping others is such a plus in my life.

Rainy Day

It is another rainy day. I miss the sun but also like the rain.

Today I am getting ready to travel to Mystickal Voyage for an afternoon and evening of energetic tune ups and intuitive readings and sitting and chatting with friends. It reminds me of the song from the old TV show Cheers...you want to go where everybody knows your name and they're always glad you came. MV has that energy about it. It is not just a store but a community center.

It always pleases me to hear what a difference the work makes in someone's life. I think that is one of the reasons I enjoy the healing circle so much...people get a chance to share their stories about how the energy of love helps them in their daily lives.

Starting in August, we will have a second healing circle at breathe books, on the third Tuesday of each month. I am excited by the possibilities.

Releasing

I find that when I release by sending myself love and approval before I get up in the morning, my body doesn't hurt and I have more energy. What a tremendous gain. I am also releasing about perfect health, abundance in all forms.

Been sorting through things the last few weeks...not physical things but things of spirit. It is interesting to have come to a place where you are no longer struggling for survival and are beginning to thrive. You have to reevaluate all the 'truths' that you have held and learn to 'be' instead of 'do'. The big question for me is 'what is meaningful to me, what do I want to continue doing and what is going to fall away?"

So far, my list of meaningfulness includes my shamanic work, my gardening,spending time with loved ones and friends, reading and listening to music. I am sure the list will grow as I stay mindful and continue the sorting out process and the adding in portion of it.

Another great evening

The Healing Circle last night was awesome as usual. It is so interesting that each one is different, even with a lot of the same people each time. Last night the energy was soothing and everyone seemed to come out relaxed and shed of a good deal of their negativity. It is great to see the changes in the faces and know that the circle is a good thing indeed.

I have now scheduled a second Healing Circle at breathe books. They will take place Monday, July 6th and then the third Monday of each month through December. That is August 17, September 21, October 19, November 16 and December 21, 2009 from 7 to 9 pm. The one on December 21, 2009, will include a candle ceremony in celebration of Winter Solstice.

This weekend I attended the Abundance Course and really enjoyed the process. I got a lot of my questions answered and overall feel better. We are thinking of starting an Abundance book club, so that we can help others and ourselves create true abundance in our lives.

Tomorrow is the Healing Circle at Mystickal Voyage. Last month we had 29 people. It is growing every time and people are getting so much out of it. We have people who, for the first time in a long time, can honestly say they feel love for themselves. We have had shingles go into remission and viral counts drop dramatically after a Circle. I am so glad we decided to do this simple but profound thing for our community.

We are beginning a Healing Circle at breathe books, but only have been there once. It will take time to catch on as word of mouth spreads the news.

Today is the day for our monthly Healing Circle at Mystickal Voyages. I always am glad to experience this event and it is growing. We are also doing another Healing Circle at breathebooks on April 29, 2009 from 7 to 9 pm. We have had so many request a second circle and MV couldn't oblige us with the time and space, so...

As time goes closer to the Soul Retrieval for the U.S., I find myself becoming calmer and calmer about it. It just feels so right to do, that I believe that it will work out perfectly.

De-ghosted another residence on Saturday. It really is necessary that the people who live in a house have peace. Nothing else is as important and the other realms have no right to infringe upon that necessity. If they aren't paying rent, they got to go...lol

Countdown

The Soul Retrieval for the US and Us is a little over 5 weeks away. Yesterday I contacted 10 independent bookstores regarding having supporting events on April 18th in support. Many of them seemed positive and I am waiting to hear back from them. I did get one no, which isn't bad for this kind of promotion.

I have the press release just about completed and then I need to work on the Media release. I also have to send out the events calendar notices sometime next week.

To give myself a bit of a break, I am going this weekend to NC to promote the event and to make myself known to the communities down there to expand my contacts. When I get back, the rest of the preparation needs to be completed.

Excited

Started teaching the new class of students of shamanism yesterday. What a great group, so attentive and animated and hungry for the knowledge. It bodes well for the outcome of this group. They are going to be dynamic and that excites me and makes me extremely happy. This is why I teach...this is what makes it worthwhile.

Soul Retrieval of U.S. and Us

Soul Retrieval for the U.S. and Us will be held April 18, from 5 to 8pm at Mystickal Voyage (www.mystickalvoyage.com) in Nottingham, MD 410-663-8333. I will be journeying to retrieve the essence of the U.S. while participants will offer energetic support by drumming, rattling or holding positive intent. Beginners to advanced folks are welcome. In support of this event, there will be an article in the On Purpose Women magazine, February/March edition and a radio broadcast about 3 weeks before the event. I will also be doing a Media and News release, writing articles for e-newsletters, etc. The more people that can take part in this event, the stronger the energy raised.

A & E

Tommorrow my husband and I go off to "de-spirit" a haunted house that will be featured in a show by A & E. That show has already been filmed and is waiting editing and release.

I'm glad Akin wants to do this kind of work, as it is not my personal cup of tea. I like to work with people, not places. I go along to give him support and to help with any issues of the people who live in the house.

The one we did a few months ago was successful, no more poltergeist activity and peace in the house. The owners were grateful and such nice folks. My husband believes if it isn't paying rent, it has got to go...lol

A date has been set

Finally, a date has been set for the Negative Energy Extraction/Soul Retrieval for the United States; April 18th, 2009, from 5 pm to 8 pm at Mystickal Voyage . I have been telling others about this and will have a group in NC, OH and PA that will be supporting me energetically for this event.

The longer it has been from the time that I took on this assignment to now, the more convinced I am that I am doing the correct thing. I go Tuesday to see my consultant to work on a press release for the event. I want to make sure it is presented in the best possible light so that many people want to take part. The more are willing to support this energetically and by personally taking part in the ceremony, the more dynamic the results I am sure.
