Soul Loss

Looking back over the last few months, I notice that the majority of my work consists of negative energy extraction and soul retrieval. I have been thinking about soul loss, its symptoms and causes.

The symptoms of soul loss are many. Some of the most common are:

Problems staying present in your body, which leads to a feeling of watching a movie of your life.
Numbness, apathy and deadening of the emotions
Chronic depression
Problems with the immune system and an inability to ward of illnesses
Chronic illness as a child
Gaps in your memory after the age of 5
A struggle with addiction of one type or another
Using external things to try to fill up the emptiness of void inside
Difficulty moving on with life after a divorce or death of a loved one
Chronic exhaustion or low level pain in the body

I will go into the causes in the next postings. Just looking at the symptoms makes me aware of just how prevalent soul loss is and why so much of my work addresses this problem.

Day Before

I am off until December 3, when we lead the Healing Circle at Mystickal Voyage. We have been getting amazing results at the circle and I am sure it will grow.

I just got word that I have another Tarot party December 13th in Rockville, which is about an hour away. I look forward to it.

Catching up

Wow, have I been busy. I have done so many negative energy extraction/soul retrievals in the last two weeks that I have lost count. I haven't forgotten the results, though. Each one stands out in my mind because I am so pleased with the outcomes.

Yesterday we worked on a house that needs to be sold and on a house with a resident poltergeist. The poltergeist was an interesting experience. It was so rewarding to feel the peace in the home when the spirits are negotiated into complying with a request for co-existence and if not willing, they are invited to leave and go to the light. You could actually feel the difference in the temperature of the home after the shamanic work was completed.

Ate at an Irish restaurant afterward. Yum! And then today I got an emergency call that someone wanted a Tarot party in less than two hours, could I do it? Since it was only a half hour drive from my house, I agreed. The people enjoyed the readings and I enjoyed the challenge of doing 6 in an hour. It was a win-win situation.

Now off to dinner. Made roast beef and baked sweet potatoes and broccoli for us. A nice winter feast.

Waiting

We are waiting for our friend Doris to arrive. She got tied up in the 495 beltway traffic on her way here from NC. Sometimes when you try to avoid traffic, you back yourself into more a different way.

I have black bean enchiladas in the oven, tossed salad with avacado in the fridge and good Sangria for when she gets here, so at least she will eat well when she arrives. We may not be able to wait for her, but may eat first.

It has been pleasant to take a break and just enjoy my birthday week without work. I go back on Sunday to a busy day. I am looking forward to that, I like being busy.

Friday a week ago I had 8 clients. It kept me hopping but I got great results with them and that is always satisfying. The more I do soul retrievals the more I believe that everyone would benefit from the procedure. I am always amazed at the changes for the better that people are able to make afterward. I never take it for granted, it is miraculous and I want to hold onto that sense of wonder.

Wednesday we have two houses to attend to, one for sale and one to put the restless spirit or spirits to ease so the occupants can live in peace. Then we will teach "Discovering the Shaman Within" workshop to a group in Delaware. I am looking forward to that, too. I like introducing what I do to new people.

Great Experience

The Healing Circle last night was dynamic. Everyone had a positive experience with the energy and seemed more than pleased with what came of the circle. The room was full of helpers and guides, we definitely got the attention of the spirit world. Makes me want to enlarge to twice a month.

Full Circle

We have come full circle; the seeds that were planted in the 60's have borne fruit and it is sweet. Hope is again alive and people have once again taken responsibility for making change.

It is very appropriate that tonight we are conducting a Healing Circle at Mystickal Voyage. This is the time for healing all the wounds of the past and moving into a brighter future. YES WE CAN!

Election Day

A day of hope and dreams. I haven't felt this way since the Kennedy era. I hold my breath and vote for That One.

Interesting Day

My husband did a ceremony to release a house and get it sold. You could feel the energy shifting in the house as the ceremony came to a close. The owner was a gracious woman and the house was beautiful.

Afterward, we went to lunch at a great seafood restaurant on the river in Rivas, just outside Annapolis. I love the look of Annapolis, it is so darn historic and such a sea faring place.

Sunday afternoon

Well, if there is a problem with our economy, you would never know it when you go out to do some shopping. I do understand that the to do is about nothing but our collective fear regarding the economy. I just observe the 'reality' and let go of the illusion of 'not enough'.

My husband is going tomorrow to do shamanic work on getting a property to sell that hasn't sold. Of course, the work starts tonight, here at home. We also have a despacho to burn for soul work done this past week. It is so important to stay grateful for the benefits received, for the ability to have what we do be dynamic and effective.

Had a good time at the Samhain party at Mystickal Voyage on Friday. The conversation is always the highlight. Didn't stay to watch Rocky Horror Picture Show. Three times in one year is two times too many for me.
